小鼠原代肾上皮细胞(MPKIDEpiCs)是从无病原体的实验小鼠组织中分离出来的。MPKIDEpiCs在涂有0.2%明胶的T75组织培养瓶中生长0.5小时，一般在完全培养培养基中培养3-7天。
Mouse primary kidney epithelial cells (MPKIDEpiCs) are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. MPKIDEpiCs are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 0.5 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
