产品描述/Products Description
Mouse primary kidney cells (MPKIDCs) are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. MPKIDCs are mixed population of mouse kidney cells grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 0.5 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
小鼠原代肾细胞(MPKIDCs)是从无致病性实验室小鼠组织中分离出来的。mpkidc是小鼠肾细胞在T75组织培养瓶中生长0.5小时的混合群体，预涂0.2%明胶，在完全培养培养基中培养3-7天。
