背景介绍/context：

Immortalized renal proximal tubule (RPT) cell line derived from primary rabbit kidney proximal tubule cell cultures which were transfected with the pRSV-T vector containing SV40 early region genes.The renal proximal tubule is part of the nephron (structural and functional unit of the kidney) containing the tubular fluid filtered through the glomerulus. The renal proximal tubule contains the components, proximal convulated tubule, loop of henle and the distal convulated tubule. Damage to the tubule can lead to kidney diseases such as Diabetes or Glomerular Disease.

永生化肾近端小管(RPT)细胞来自原代培养的兔肾近端小管细胞，转染含有SV40早期区域基因的pRSV-T载体。肾近端小管是肾元(肾脏的结构和功能单位)的一部分，含有经肾小球过滤的肾小管液体。肾近端小管包括近端convulated小管、henle袢和远端convulated小管。小管的损伤会导致肾脏疾病，如糖尿病或肾小球疾病。
