MA104非洲绿猴胎肾细胞系

MA104细胞衍生于罗猴胎肾。细胞对猴轮状病毒(SimianrotavirusSA11)高度敏感。可用于很多病毒的增殖。 有问题细胞株，被证实是非洲绿猴来源。

形态：上皮细胞样 ，贴壁生长

培养基配方：

90%MEM(MD0300)+10%胎牛血清(SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

MEM完全培养基（MD0301）

气相：空气，95%；二氧化碳，5%。 温度：37℃。

冻存条件：基础培养基+5%DMSO+20%FBS(SD0200)

完全冻存液：免程序降温细胞冻存液（低血清）(SD0001)
