12Z 人子宫内膜异位上皮细胞(永生化）

12Z细胞系源自一位37岁女性患者的红色腹膜子宫内膜异位病灶，通过SV40病毒（Simian Virus 40）感染原代细胞，使其表达SV40大T抗原从而诱导该细胞永生化。该细胞系表达泛细胞角蛋白和N-钙粘蛋白，证实其上皮细胞来源的同时也标志着其侵袭性表型，可模拟子宫内膜异位症中细胞的侵袭能力。12Z细胞系主要作为体外研究子宫内膜异位症的经典模型，用于模拟疾病进程（如细胞侵袭、迁移）和评估治疗策略。同时也经常用于2D或3D侵袭试验，以及研究子宫内膜异位症病理生理学的生化试验。
