HONE-1人鼻咽癌细胞系（低分化）

HONE-1 是一株人源鼻咽低分化鳞癌细胞系，1989 年由美国 NIH 实验室从 1 例原发性鼻咽癌活检标本建立，与 HNE-1、CNE-2、HK-1、SUNE-1 并列为鼻咽癌研究“五大经典”模型。

形态 ：贴壁上皮样，多角形，边界清晰

培养基配方：

90%RPMI-1640(MD0200)+10%胎牛血清(SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)
