MDBK牛肾细胞

1957年２月18日，S.H. Madin和N.B. Darby从一只表观正常的成年雄性牛肾脏建立了MDBK细胞株。1973年这株MDBK细胞被牛病毒性痢疾病毒(BVDV)感染。 1982年发现了一株未被BVDV感染的MDBK细胞株。 这株细胞最初来自ATCC 1967年７月第96代的冻存管。 这株MDBK细胞的后代经NVSL检测，未发现被任何病毒污染的证据。 1982年８月，R.A. Van Deusen将其提供给ATCC时，已传代至第110代。 这株细胞未被BVDV感染。

形态：上皮细胞样，贴壁生长 

培养基配方：

RPMI 1640（MD0200）  +10%胎牛血清(SD0200）+1%GA(SD0038)

完全培养基：RPMI 1640完全培养基（MD0201)

气相：空气，95%；二氧化碳，5%。 温度：37℃。

冻存条件：90%FBS（SD0200）+10%DMSO

完全冻存液：免程序降温细胞冻存液（低血清）(SD0001)
