小鼠原代心肌细胞(MPCACs)是从无致病性实验小鼠组织中分离出来的。MPCACs是小鼠心肌细胞在预涂0.2%明胶的T75组织培养瓶中生长0.5小时，一般在培养完全生长培养基中培养3-7天的混合群体。
Mouse primary cardiac cells (MPCACs) are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. MPCACs are mixed population of mouse cardiac cells grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 0.5 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
