Feline Mesenchymal Stem Cells (FMSC) have the potential to maintain multipotency and proliferate extensively in vitro. Bone marrow is the major blood creating organ, but in addition to supporting hematopoietic growth and differentiation, mesenchymal steml cells can be induced to produce cells of other connective tissues, such as bone, cartilage, and fat, as well as cells from neuroectodermal (neurons) and endodermal (hepatocytes) lineages.
猫间充质干细胞(FMSC)具有保持多能性和在体外广泛增殖的潜力。骨髓是主要制造血液的器官,但除了支持造血生长和分化,间充质steml细胞可以诱导产生其他结缔组织的细胞,如骨,软骨,脂肪,以及细胞neuroectodermal(神经元)和内胚层的血统(肝细胞)。
