人滑膜基质细胞从正常人滑膜组织提取和纯化，未经任何阳性抗体筛选，细胞无抗性。

形态：上皮细胞样，贴壁生长
完全培养基：CultureBoost™经典细胞培养基（4Z0-500）
气相：空气，95%；二氧化碳，5%。 温度：37℃。
