LL/2 (LLC1)小鼠肺癌细胞 (Lewis)

LL/2 (LLC1)细胞是源自C57BL小鼠肺的Lewis肺癌细胞系，该细胞系由植入原发性Lewis肺癌的小鼠肺中建立。这一细胞系被广泛用作转移模型，并用于研究癌症化疗药物的作用机制。(1)致瘤性：在C57BL小鼠中具有高致瘤性。(2)抗原表达：H-2b。(3)耐药性：对1,3-双(2-氯乙基)-1-亚硝基脲有抗性，但对甲氨蝶呤敏感。(4)转移能力：据报道在小鼠中具有高致瘤性但弱转移性。LL/2(LLC1)细胞系因其在癌症研究中的应用价值而被广泛使用，特别是在研究肿瘤的转移、肿瘤血管生成以及评估化疗药物效果方面。
