Panc02 [Panc-02; Pan02]小鼠胰腺癌细胞

Panc02细胞系是一种小鼠胰腺导管腺癌（PDAC）细胞系，最初由Corbett等人通过在C57BL/6小鼠胰腺内植入含有3-甲基胆蒽（3-methylcholanthrene）的棉线后诱发的胰腺肿瘤中建立。通过将Panc02细胞与低温Matrigel混合后注射到C57BL/6小鼠的胰腺尾部，可以建立模拟人类胰腺癌病理特征的原位模型，同时该细胞系也被广泛用于研究胰腺癌的生物学特性、免疫治疗、药物筛选以及肿瘤微环境等方面。
