HT-29细胞取样于44岁女性表达尿激酶受体,但未检测到纤溶酶原激活物活性[PubMed ID:8381394]。HT-29 细胞CD4表达阴性,但细胞表面表达半乳糖神经酰胺(一个HIV的可替代受体)。致癌基因c-myc、K-ras、H-ras、N-ras、Myb、sis、fos表达阳性,过量产生p53抗原,在p53基因的273密码子处有G->A突变导致Arg->His替换,未检测到致癌基因N-myc的表达。本库冻存时为P140。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测,结果为阴性。
