必须有脂多糖(0.01-3mcg/ml)的诱导，WEHI-231细胞才向培养基分泌IgM。 检测表明肢骨发育畸形病毒(鼠痘)阴性。

气相：空气，95%；二氧化碳，5%。 温度：37℃。

冻存条件：基础培养基+5%DMSO+20%FBS　

完全冻存液：免程序降温细胞冻存液（低血清）(SD0001)
