Human Fibroblast-Like Synoviocytes (HFLS) are isolated from synovial tissues obtained from patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) / Osteoarthritis (OA). They are cryopreserved at second passage and can be cultured and propagated at least 5 population doubling.
