人冠状动脉内皮细胞-GFP标记（GFP-HCAECs）

从表达GFP慢病毒颗粒的HCAECs中筛选出GFP-HCAECs。细胞在第五代冻存。推荐使用内皮生长培养基进行细胞培养，按照推荐方案培养时，细胞可达到14倍增。

GFP-HCAECs were selected from HCAECs resistant to puromycin after infected with GFP expressing lentiviral particles. The cells are shipped in frozen vials (the cells are provided @ passage 5). Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have a minimum average population doubling levels > 14 when cultured following the detailed protocol described below.
