人大脑微血管内皮细胞—GFP标记（GFP-HBMVECs）

用表达GFP的慢病毒颗粒感染后，从耐嘌呤霉素的HBMVECs中筛选出GFP-HBMVECs细胞。细胞以冷冻瓶运输(提供P4-P5代的细胞)。建议使用内皮生长培养基进行细胞培养，按照推荐方案培养时，细胞可以达到15倍增。

GFP-HBMVECs cells were selected from HBMVECs resistant to puromycin after infected with GFP expressing lentiviral particles. The cells are shipped in frozen vials (the cells are provided @ passage 4-5). Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have a minimum average population doubling levels > 15 when cultured following the detailed protocol described below).
